Regent Seven Seas Cruises is set to redefine luxury spa treatments aboard the Seven Seas Grandeur. The luxury vessel, set to commence its 14-night maiden voyage from Barcelona to Miami on Nov. 26, will introduce guests to the wonders of zero-gravity massages.
The ship’s spa will feature treatments harnessing the therapeutic properties of an amber and quartz crystal bed. Moreover, a unique zero-gravity massage table, adjustable to eight distinct positions, promises a comprehensive massage experience, targeting every muscle group with precision. This innovative approach focuses predominantly on the back and primary muscles, aiming to alleviate tension and enhance body mechanics.
An exclusive Tahitian Hydration Ritual awaits guests of the expansive 4,443-square-foot Regent Suite. This unique treatment, conducted in the suite’s private spa, employs warmed monoi oil, which infuses frangipani flowers with pure coconut oil, providing a deeply moisturizing body-wrap experience.
Other treatments include the Hot Mineral Body Boost, designed to relieve muscular pain and detoxify the body, and the Poultice-Powered Muscle Release, which zeroes in on tension points using vibrational energy, culminating in a soothing facial massage. Both treatments utilize an amber balm and a special poultice made of eucalyptus, juniper, amber, and quartz. These ingredients, in conjunction with the amber and quartz crystal bed, aim to invigorate guests and enhance skin elasticity.
Each of these luxurious treatments spans 75 minutes and is priced at $299 per guest.
The ship’s Serene Spa & Wellness facilities will also feature a new relaxation room adorned with a floral motif. The spa’s design, crafted by Studio Dado, incorporates architectural elements like metal canopies, lantern niches, and wavy wall designs, subtly reminding guests of the oceanic surroundings.
Similar to its sister ships, the Seven Seas Splendor and Seven Seas Explorer, the Seven Seas Grandeur will house a hydrothermal suite. This space offers guests a chance to unwind either before or after their treatments, with amenities such as an aromatherapy steam room, chill room, infrared sauna, and experiential showers.
The ship’s christening ceremony is scheduled for Dec. 10 in Miami, with Sarah Fabergé, a founding member of the Fabergé Heritage Council and the great-granddaughter of renowned Russian jeweler Peter Carl Fabergé, serving as the godmother.
